Privacy Policy

Short version: the software runs on your servers, and we never see your queues, your jobs or your job data. The only personal data we hold is what you give us when you buy or write to us.

1. Data the software sends to us (Pro only)

A Pro installation contacts api.bullpane.com to activate its key and about once a day to revalidate it. Each request contains:

• the license key;
• the activation identifier issued when the key was activated;
• a label for the installation: its hostname and the PUBLIC_URL you configured;
• the Bullpane version.

Our server also records the request's IP address in its standard logs. We use the label so you can recognise your own installations and so support can find them; we use the rest to check that a key is valid and used on one installation. Legal basis: performance of the contract you entered when you bought a license.

2. Data you give us directly

• Purchase. Your name, email, billing address and tax identifiers go to Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia), the merchant of record, who processes the payment and issues the invoice. We never see or store your card details. We can see the order and customer email in the Creem dashboard.
• Email. If you write to hello@bullpane.com we keep the message and your address so we can answer and refer back to it.

3. The website

bullpane.com is a static site hosted on Cloudflare. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and embeds no third-party trackers. Cloudflare processes request metadata, including IP addresses, to serve and protect the site.

4. Who processes data on our behalf

• Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia) — payments, invoicing, tax, customer records, license key issuance.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — hosting of the website and the license API, and its request logs.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

License activation records are kept while the subscription is active and for twelve months after it ends, so a returning customer can be helped. Support email is kept for two years. Purchase and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires. Cloudflare request logs are short-lived and governed by Cloudflare's own retention.

6. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@bullpane.com. We answer within 30 days. Deleting the data tied to an active license means the license stops working, so we will say so before doing it. Invoice records we are legally required to keep are the exception. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority; if you are in Brazil, to the ANPD.

7. Children

Bullpane is a tool for professional software operations and is not directed at anyone under 16.

8. Changes

If this policy changes materially we update the date at the top and email Pro customers.
